1 ½ TBS Flour
¾ cup buttermilk
½ stick butter (melted)
⅛ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla ( I use closer to TBS)
Mix well and beat. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.
RECIPE TIP: Serve with whipped cream for a special treat!
